We love putting together dessert tables they are so much fun! It’s therefore no surprise that we are massive admirers of Amy Atlas who is the guru of all things sweet. She posted yesterday a super cute dessert table designed by Lillian of Lily Chic Events with sweets made by Yolanda and Kate from Kiss Me Kate. Amy was paying homage to Australia Day and thus it was great to see that both these wonderful businesses were based in Melbourne. Whilst this table was designed with Lillian’s daughter’s b’day in mind it certainly would work for a number of special occasions …. maybe a wedding you say?! For those of you with a sweet tooth, you can see more photos of this gorgeous table via Amy’s blog.

Reverie Magazine is a quarterly online & digital based publication by talented London duo Mary Lee Herrigton of Forever & Ever Events and Kate Taylor of Coquette Paper & Press. Showcasing gorgeous weddings, fashion and lifestyle design it’s contributors for this issue include Elizabeth Messina, Max Wagner and Tec Petaja (to name a few!). True to it’s namesake one can slip into contented wonderment reading this issue, reveling in the beauty that is design.

We have been extremely tardy of late in updating our blog. All we can say is that the end of 2011 has been super busy!  Our New Year Resolution for 2012 is to update it more regularly! We’re loving the addition of Style Me Pretty Australia, which has been showcasing so many fantastic Australian wedding vendors. Today’s post showcases the gorgeous photography of Jemma Keech (who is yes one half of B+G as well!). The time has come for Bride + Groom to move to bigger premises. We’ve loved being in a our gorgeous store in Subiaco, however we need more space to show off all of our fabulous hire items. As of Monday 14th November 2011, Bride + Groom will be located at 28 Wickham Street, East Perth. This new showroom will be appointment only and we’re scaling back our retail side so as to concentrate our efforts on hire and styling.
